'StudioHarborSystem' began with a simple dream: to bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Smith family in 1985, our pizzeria started as a small, family-run spot with recipes passed down through generations.

Oliver Smith, our founder, learned pizza craftsmanship during travels across Italy, studying under master pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. Returning to the UK, she aimed to recreate the magic of true Italian pizza using time-honored techniques and the finest ingredients.

What began as a modest 12-seat pizzeria has grown into a cherished local institution, yet our dedication to quality and authenticity remains unwavering. We still employ wood-fired oven methods, prepare dough fresh daily, and source top-quality ingredients wherever possible.

Today, 'StudioHarborSystem' stays family-owned and operated, with the second generation of the Smith lineage now leading our passionate team. While we’ve adopted some modern touches, the core of our business remains unchanged: crafting delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
